Credit Suisse plans digital buffered notes tied to S&P 500

Chicago, June 29 – Credit Suisse AG, London branch plans to price 0% digital buffered notes due in 15 to 17 months linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index closes at or above its 90% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of between $1,090.50 and $1,106.50 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
