Morgan Stanley to price 25- to 28-month buffered digital notes on S&P

Olympia, Wash., July 6 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% buffered digital notes due in 25 to 28 months linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index return is greater than or equal to 85% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,147 to $1,172.80 per $1,000 principal amount. The exact maximum settlement amount will be set at pricing.
If the index falls by more than 15%, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
