New Issue: Barclays prices $3.9 million buffered SuperTrack notes linked to S&P

Olympia, Wash., June 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.9 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due June 29, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 30% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline in the index beyond 30%.

Barclays is the agent.
