New Issue: Barclays sells $428,000 buffered digital plus notes tied to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., June 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $428,000 of 0% buffered digital plus notes due June 29, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 85% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the return up to a maximum return of 50% and the digital percentage of 25%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline beyond the 15% buffer.
