JPMorgan to price 15-month PLUS with cap tied to S&P 500 index
New York, June 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 3, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus three times any index gain, up to a maximum return of at least 12.6%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC handling distribution.
The notes will price on June 29 and settle three business days later.
The Cusip number is 48129N617.
