Barclays to price buffered SuperTrack notes linked to S&P 500 index

New York, June 13 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price buffered SuperTrack notes due July 6, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.05 to 1.1 times the gain of the index. The exact upside leverage factor will be set at pricing.

If the index falls by up to 25%, the payout at maturity will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index beyond the 25% buffer.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on June 29 and settle on July 5.

The Cusip number is 06746XEL3.
