Barclays to price notes due 2022 linked to S&P 500, Stoxx 50, Topix

Olympia, Wash., June 12 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% notes due June 17, 2022 linked to an unequally weighted index basket, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 50% weight, the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 25% weight and the Topix index with a 25% weight.

If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.11 times the basket gain.

If the basket return is flat or declines, the payout will be par.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on June 13 and settle on June 18.

The Cusip number is 06746XFD0.
