Barclays to price buffered SuperTrack notes due 2020 tied to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., June 7 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due June 16, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any double index gain subject to a cap of par plus 21.2%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on June 12 and settle on June 15.

The Cusip number is 06746XF40.
