Barclays plans buffered digital plus notes due 2023 tied to S&P 500

Chicago, June 7 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered digital plus notes due June 29, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 85% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the digital return of 25% to 27% and any index gain up to a maximum return of 50%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will settle on June 26.
The Cusip number is 06746XDM2.
