UBS to price 22- to 25-month digital notes linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., May 29 – UBS AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital notes with a term of 22 to 25 months linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is at least 87.5% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be $1,124.20 to $1,146.10 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 12.5%.
UBS Securities LLC is the underwriter.
The Cusip number is 90270KRZ4.
