Columbus, Ohio, May 18 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $4.8 million 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Sept. 5, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum return of 15%.
Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent, with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
