New Issue: Wells Fargo sells $1.27 million digital securities linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, May 15 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $1.27 million of 0% digital securities with buffered downside due Oct. 15, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 90% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,103.80 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, the investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
