JPMorgan plans uncapped buffered return enhanced notes tied to S&P

Chicago, May 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due May 31, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 1.22 times any index gain. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.
If the index falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will price on May 31.
The Cusip number is 48129MNY8.
