New Issue: JPMorgan sells $11.01 million digital notes on S&P 500, EAFE ETF

Columbus, Ohio, May 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $11.01 million of 0% digital notes due June 4, 2019 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If each underlying closes at or above 65% of its initial level on each day during the monitoring period, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return of 9.3%.

Otherwise, investors will receive par plus the return of the lesser performing asset, capped at par.
