New Issue: TD Bank sells $2.60 million capped leveraged buffered notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., April 30 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $2,596,000 of 0% capped leveraged buffered notes due April 25, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% times the index return, capped at 54.3%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 20% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 20%.
