Barclays plans 3.5-year buffered digital notes tied to S&P 500

Chicago, April 18 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered digital notes due Oct. 28, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 85% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 20% to 22%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on April 25.
The Cusip number is 06746X3N1.
