New Issue: TD Bank sells $1.71 million capped buffered booster notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., April 16 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $1.71 million of capped buffered booster notes due April 1, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of 21.5% and the index return, capped at 33%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
