New Issue: TD Bank sells $9.28 million leveraged capped notes linked to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., April 13 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $9.28 million of leveraged capped notes due April 16, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the index return, subject to a maximum payment of $1,298.50 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.
