New Issue: JPMorgan sells $20.51 million capped enhanced notes linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., April 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $20.51 million of 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due Feb. 5, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,231 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. If the index return is negative, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the decline.
