New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.4 million Bares on basket of index, two ETFs

Morgantown, W.Va., April 2 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.4 million of 0% Buffered Accelerated Return Equity Securities due March 31, 2022 tied to a basket of one index and two exchange-traded funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 60% weight, the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF with a 30% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 10% weight.

If the basket return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 132.85% of the basket return. Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 10% and lose 1% for every 1% decline in the ETF beyond 10%.
