GS Finance to price eight-year index-linked notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., March 20 – GS Finance Corp. plans to price 0% index-linked notes due March 26, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index gain, with the return capped at 100% to 115%.

If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on March 23.

The Cusip number is 40055AQB6.
