New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.57 million dual directional trigger PLUS tied to S&P 500

Chicago, March 15 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.57 million of 0% dual directional trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due March 3, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 113% of the gain.

If the index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the index return.

If the index finishes below its 70% trigger level, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
