Morgantown, W.Va., March 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1,041,000 of uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Feb. 28, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.14 times the gain.
If the index declines by up to 15%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 15%.
