New Issue: JPMorgan prices $9.96 million buffered participation notes on indexes

Chicago, Feb. 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $9.96 million of 0% buffered participation securities due Aug. 5, 2019 linked to a basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 50% weight, the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 25% weight and the Topix index with a 25% weight.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain, up to a maximum return of 13.2%.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
