Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 8 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $624,000 of 0% dual directional trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Feb. 2, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $1,000 plus 115% of the gain.
If the index finishes flat or falls by no more than 30%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the index return.
If the index finishes below its 70% trigger level, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
