New Issue: JPMorgan sells $735,000 uncapped buffered enhanced notes on S&P, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $735,000 of 0% uncapped contingent buffered return enhanced notes due Jan. 31, 2022 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the return of the laggard index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.13 times the laggard index gain.
If the laggard index falls by up to 50%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the laggard index.
