New Issue: Barclays sells $1.41 million SuperTrack notes linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 29 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1,407,000 of 0% SuperTrack notes due Jan. 27, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.52 times any gain in the index.
If the index falls by up to 50%, the payout will be par.
If the index falls by more than 50%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline below the initial level.
