New Issue: TD Bank sells $3.46 million buffered digital notes linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 17 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $3.46 million of 0% buffered digital notes due March 16, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return of 12.7%.
If the index falls by more than the 15% buffer, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
