Credit Suisse plans accelerated barrier notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 11 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% accelerated barrier notes due Jan. 24, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 148% of any index gain The exact upside participation rate will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 30% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the index finishes below its 70% knock-in level.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Jan. 19 and settle on Jan. 24.
The Cusip number is 22550W6E2.
