JPMorgan to price capped buffered equity notes linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered equity notes due June 18, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum return of at least 9.25%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 30% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 30%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Dec. 15.
The Cusip number is 48129HUZ8.
