New Issue: Barclays sells $1.73 million SuperTrack notes with barrier tied to S&P

Chicago, Oct. 26 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.73 million of 0% SuperTrack notes due Oct. 29, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 27%.

If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

Barclays is the agent.
