New Issue: Goldman prices $3.41 million monthly range accrual callables on indexes

Chicago, Oct. 5 – GS Finance Corp. priced $3.41 million of callable monthly range accrual notes due Sept. 29, 2032 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will accrue at 8% annualized for each day that each index closes at or above 75% coupon barrier, payable monthly.

The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date after one year.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either index falls by more than 50%, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worse performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
