New Issue: Barclays sells $7.7 million SuperTrack notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 27 – Barclays Bank plc priced $7.7 million of 0% SuperTrack notes due Sept. 30, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2 times any gain in the index, up to a 28% maximum return.
If the index falls by up to 13.5%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the index decline.
