New Issue: TD Bank sells $5.80 million buffered accelerator notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 19 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $5,798,000 of 0% capped buffered accelerator notes due Sept. 15, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any index gain, subject to a maximum return of 36.75%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
TD Securities (USA) LLC and BNP Paribas Securities Corp. are the agents.
