New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1 million three-year trigger PLUS tied to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 5 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1 million of 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 31, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 122.19% of the gain.

If the index finishes flat or falls by no more than 30%, the payout will be par.

If the index finishes below its 70% trigger level, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
