New Issue: UBS prices $15.94 million capped leveraged notes linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 30 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $15.94 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due Feb. 28, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,155.70 per $1,000 of notes.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
