Morgan Stanley to price market-linked notes due 2024 tied to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 28 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% market-linked notes due March 5, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the index return, subject to a minimum payout of par and a maximum payout of $15.50 per note.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price Aug. 31.

The Cusip number is 61766X459.
