Barclays plans four-year buffered SuperTrack notes linked to indexes

Chicago, Aug. 28 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Sept. 3, 2021 linked to a basket of two indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 75% weight and the Euro Stoxx 50 with a 25% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.325 times any basket gain, with the exact upside leverage to be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 20% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 20%.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on Aug. 29.
The Cusip number is 06744CHM6.
