JPMorgan plans uncapped buffered return enhanced notes tied to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., July 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Aug. 3, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus at least 1.08 times the gain. The exact upside leverage factor will be set at pricing.
If the index finishes flat or declines by up to 15%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 15%.
The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
The notes will price on July 31.
The Cusip number is 46647MVK6.
