JPMorgan plans digital equity notes due 2021 linked to S&P 500 index
New York, July 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% digital equity notes due March 15, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be the greater of par plus the index return and the threshold settlement amount of $1,227.50 to $1,267.50 for each $1,000 principal amount.
The exact threshold settlement amount will be set at pricing.
Investors will be exposed to any decline in the index.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on July 20 and settle on July 27.
The Cusip number is 46647MWX7.
