New Issue: UBS sells $10.65 million digital notes linked to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, July 11 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $10.65 million of 0% digital notes due Aug. 9, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is at least negative 10%, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,062.50 per $1,000 of notes. Investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
