New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.09 million enhanced buffered digital plus notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., July 3 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.09 million of 0% enhanced buffered digital plus securities due June 28, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the index return is at least negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of 20% and the index return, capped at 50%.

Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.
