JPMorgan plans four-year trigger step securities linked to S&P 500

Chicago, June 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0 trigger step securities due June 30, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the greater of gain and the step return of 30% to 34%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the index finishes below the 75% trigger level.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the underwriters.

The notes will price on June 27 and settle on June 30.

The Cusip number is 48129G786.
