New Issue: Barclays sells $705,000 buffered SuperTrack notes tied to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., June 22 – Barclays Bank plc priced $705,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due June 19, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the index, subject to a maximum return of 13.5%.
If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
