Morgan Stanley plans to price buffered PLUS linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., June 15 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Jan. 3, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 200% of the index return, subject to a maximum gain of 19%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on June 16.
