New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $8.51 million capped leveraged notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., June 13 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $8.51 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due March 5, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 500% of the gain, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,181 per $1,000 principal amount. Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
