New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $695,000 knock-out notes tied to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., June 12 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $695,000 of 0% knock-out notes due Aug. 29, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 85% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 6.95%.
If the index falls by more than the 15% knock-out buffer, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
