JPMorgan plans capped enhanced participation notes linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., May 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due Oct. 19, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus three times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount that is expected to be between $1,168.00 and $1,197.40 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes and will be set at pricing. If the index return is negative, investors will be exposed to the index’s decline.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price May 16.

The Cusip number is 46647MCG6.
