New York, May 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $675,000 of 0% digital dual directional contingent buffered notes due Aug. 8, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final index level is at least 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 6.3%. Otherwise, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the index’s decline from its initial level.
