New Issue: JPMorgan prices $20.19 million digital equity notes linked to S&P 500

Knoxville, Tenn., May 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $20.19 million of 0% digital equity notes due July 9, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above 85% of its initial index level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,117.50 per $1,000 of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline in the index beyond 15%.
